ABOUT ME

 

Philip lives in Toronto and works as a writer. The novel is coming along and the poetry collection nears completion for early 2017.  He has been known to have contributed to television and film as a writer, director, story editor and even an actor. 

 

His poems have been shortlisted for The Malahat Review's Far Horizons Award, ARC Poetry's Poem of the Year, and as a Reader's Choice Finalist for Contemporary Verse 2's Two-Day Poem Contest. 

 

Philip Marley has reviewed books for Quill & Quire: Canada's Magazine of Book News and Reviews, Canadian Notes & Queries, Montage Magazine, and The National Post.  

 

In 2012 and 2014 Philip was a fellowship recipient for the SLS Lithuania Program.
